EFT Solutions is a leading electronic fund transfer at point-of-sale (“EFT-POS”) solution provider, which was established in 2004 and founded by Mr. Andrew LO who possesses over 23 years of experience in electronic payment solutions, focusing on sourcing EFT-POS terminal and peripheral devices and the provision of EFT-POS system support services in Hong Kong. We position ourselves as the link between EFT-POS terminal manufacturers and acquirers. We are a listed company (HKEx: 8062) on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since Dec 2016.

We also devoted ourselves to developing EFT-POS terminals system and software, in order to improve the terminal systems and enhance user experience. Implementing efficient payment methods through and real-time data analysis enriches operating efficiency and customer shopping experience.

We provide EFT-POS systems support services for tens of thousands of EFT-POS terminals deployed by acquirers at merchants including chain stores and department stores in Hong Kong and Macau. According to a Frost & Sullivan Report, in 2015, we ranked first in terms of revenue of EFT-POS solutions providers providing EFT-POS system supports service with a market share of 54.0% in Hong Kong.

With the rapid growth of the electronic payment industry in Hong Kong in recent years, a variety of electronic and mobile payment methods have emerged. We expect Integrated payment to be a major long-term trend, offering continued opportunities in the provision of EFT-POS system support services and software solutions services. These opportunities will be especially prominent in QR code payment, Faster Payment System (“FPS”) and e-wallet payment systems.
